Zombie Lake
Well, I finally got around to watching Zombie Lake.
Man, is this thing bad. I say "started" watching it because the first scene - (SPOILER ALERT) - shows a naked woman going for a swim who is attacked by one of the aforementioned Nazi Zombies. I was watching this while waiting in line for a plane. I didn't want to look like a prevert, so I had to turn it off while there were naked bits on my screen. When I finally got around to watching it, I got my first glimpse of the amazingly bad green makeup worn by the Zombies.
The IMDB page for the movie says that it's from 1981, but it looks older than that. Probably late 70s. And I'm pretty sure that it's Italian. Duh. The IMDB page says that it's French. How about the South of France? That's close to Italy.
Anyway, this this is pretty unwatchable. I'll update the site from time to time with my progress. If you don't believe me, here's a clip. See for yourself.

Over at Amazon, a helpful Zombie Nazi lover has posted a Zombie Nazi Movie list. Some of the ones on there, I've never even heard of. Sounds like I got my work cut out for me.

The 4th Reich
It looks like it could be good. However, I'm always a bit leery when the movie makers spend more time building a website, setting up twitter channels and making a facebook page when they could be making a damn zombie Nazi movie.
I'm willing to go with this, though, and we'll see what happens.
It could be good. According to the synopsis, they're involving Dr. Mengele in the plot somehow, so at leaste we'll have some sort of justification for zombification.
Here's to hoping they get this right.
